Abstract

°á°ú: °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú´Â ±×¸´, Á÷¹«¿­ÀÇ ¹× ÀâÅ©·¡ÇÁÆðú À¯ÀǹÌÇÑ »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ±×¸´ÀÌ °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ¿¡¼­ ÀâÅ©·¡ÇÁÆÃÀÇ ¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ °á°ú´Â ÀâÅ©·¡ÇÁÆà ÁõÁø¿¡ ÃÊÁ¡À» ¸ÂÃá °£È£ÁßÀç ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ °³¹ßÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÔÀ» ½Ã»çÇÑ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ °£È£»çÀÇ ±×¸´¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú¸¦ Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°´Â °£È£ÁßÀç ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇϴµ¥ ÀâÅ©·¡ÇÁÆÃÀ» °í·ÁÇؾßÇÔÀ» ½Ã»çÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of work engagement and job crafting on the relationship between nurses¡¯ Grit on nursing performance.

Methods: The data were collected using structured questionnaires through online surveys from 142 clinical nurses in five hospitals. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0, Hayes¡¯s SPSS Process Macro 4.0 version program.

Results: Nursing performance was significantly associated with Grit, work engagement and job crafting. The mediating effect of job crafting on the Grit on nursing performance was confirmed.

Conclusion: These results suggest that it is necessary to develop an intervention program that focuses on improving job crafting. Further, job crafting needs to be considered in developing nursing interventions to nurses' Grit and improve nursing performance for nurses.
